Support and maintenance are as important to the effective and efficient operation of equipment as the scoping, selection and installation thereof. Apart from our on-line support logging and call tracking system, we also have a support line, it is important to consider:

  • In very complex environments, qualified staff can be placed permanently on site via our Operational Assurance program

Optional Insurance can be combined with the SLA, in order to allow for a care-free environment from a cost perspective, especially when combined with our Rental Finance option.
